Shipping Coverage Area
Virel Executive Desk currently ships to the continental United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that your order has been received and is being prepared for processing.
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If any information needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible at support@virelexecutivedesk.com.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, address changes may not be available.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing includes order review, payment verification, inventory confirmation, supplier coordination, and preparation for shipment.
For large furniture items, freight shipments, or products requiring special handling, processing time may vary depending on product availability and carrier scheduling.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase, including handling and transit time.

Average transit time after shipment: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes may vary based on product size, shipping destination, carrier availability, freight scheduling, weather, inventory status, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted parcel and freight carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers.
Smaller items may ship by parcel carrier. Desks, large office furniture, oversized products, and heavy items may ship by freight carrier.
Freight and LTL Delivery
Large furniture items may ship by LTL freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, and the carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Depending on the product and location, freight delivery options may include:
Curbside Delivery: Delivery to the nearest accessible point outside your home or business.
Threshold Delivery: Delivery inside the entryway, garage, or first dry area. Assembly is not included.
Room of Choice Delivery: Delivery to a specific room when available. This option may include delivery up one flight of stairs when available, but assembly is not included.
Delivery options vary by product, carrier, and location. Additional delivery services may not be available for every order.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
For freight deliveries, inspect the packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt whenever possible. If there is visible damage, note the damage on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves and take clear photos of the packaging and product.
If damage is not noted with the carrier at delivery, it may affect the ability to file a freight claim.
Shipment Notification and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
For freight shipments, tracking may update differently than standard parcel shipments, and the carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, contact us as soon as possible at support@virelexecutivedesk.com.
Damage or defect claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Description of the issue
- A copy or photo of the delivery receipt if available
For visible freight damage, we strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours and noting the damage with the carrier before signing.
Delays and Exceptions
While we work carefully to keep orders moving on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, freight scheduling, high order volume, inventory changes, supplier processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will notify you and provide updated delivery information when available.
